Love the staff..very friendly. The hotel has nice pool and even a bbq pit. They even had towels by the pool for your use!we had a pool view!

Not only do I travel when staying here, but sound does as well. 3 story hotel and staff booked a Wedding Party on the 3rd floor during our stay there and the noise continued until almost 4:00AM after 2 in-person complaints to the front desk. Slamming doors, heavy footed running/walking, loud voices persisted throughout the night. While the rambunctious crowd wasn't the hotels fault, its inability to maintain control at the expense of other guests is.

Mattress was way to hard and worn. Sheets worn and stained.

This was a really really nice stay for the holidays. Booked a room with a comfortable bed. Extra facilities such as a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were really useful.

The staff was great, facilities were good.

Over priced for most places and especially Lampasas. For a few dollars more could have spent a summer day on the Beach in S. Padre Island.

I had a nice stay, loved the super clean room and the great breakfast with plenty of options. The mini coffee bar was a delightful surprise. Definitely would choose this place again!

The staff member who checked us in is top notch! She absolutely made our stay more than worth it within the first ten minutes of checking in. She offered our group access to a vacant meeting room so we could plan our weekend activities efficiently. She also made it a priority to find a way to accommodate a couple in our group who wanted a king bed by immediately locating our group when a cancellation occurred and changing their room without requiring any follow up. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, too! Would definitely stay here again

The staff was very helpful..and friendly. I like the heater/ac in the room it was comfortable and kept the temperature where I wanted it. It was stable unlike many in hotel rooms

The recently remodeled King Room was impressively clean and stylish. On the downside, there were issues with non-functional lamps and a filthy toilet, which tarnished the experience. I also faced frustrating delays with the TV that never got resolved . Dining options were limited, but the biscuits and gravy were a highlight amid the disappointments.
